Our traditional Butcher’s Shop specialises in additive-free meat and poultry, including our own home-produced, grass-fed beef (hung for up to 60 days), as well as our renowned tomahawk steaks, pork and lamb.
To supplement what we rear ourselves on Middle Farm, we buy in from other local Sussex farms. Our free-range pork and lamb is from the South Downs and our free-range chicken is from a local farm in Arlington.
We make over twenty different varieties of sausage seasonally and hold a wide range of cured bacon and other charcuterie. In season we also sell local game such as venison, pheasant, rabbit, pigeon and wild boar.
At Christmas, we supply free-range poultry including Sussex turkeys, Suffolk/Norfolk geese and ducks & chickens from Surrey.

Prepared to Your Taste
Our highly skilled butchers can prepare a wide variety of cuts and joints for you at your request. We’re completely different to a supermarket as you have more choice and control.
With us, you can place bespoke orders, from choosing the stuffing, the meat wrapping and the quantity to whether it’s de-boned or not.
