Come and enjoy seeing our farm animals in the fields and the farmyard. Say hello to the pigs and llamas, our ponies and donkey and not forgetting dear Nellie, our shire horse.
Our wonderful play area is ready for young visitors with imagination and bags of energy! Our play barn, with hay bales, which the children can play on and the small animal barn are open. Under 12 year olds only on the play structures and in the hay play barn.

Opening Times – from 10:00am to 4:00pm
Last ticket on Christmas Eve will be 2pm and we are closing the Open Farm at 3pm.
We are open every day except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. View our current opening times.
Middle Farm Policy
We love dogs at Middle Farm, but, unfortunately, we can only allow assistance dogs into the Open Farm, or inside the tearoom and shops.
This is because of the need to ensure the welfare of our farm animals, the general safety and hygiene for our other guests and the expectation that assistance dogs are trained to the highest levels to support others.
Therapy / emotional support dogs are not allowed. Therapy dogs in the UK are not considered to be assistance dogs – this is because an assistance dog is trained to perform specific tasks to help a disabled person and are usually qualified by one of the charitable organisations registered as members of Assistance Dogs UK.
