Apon arrival at Middle Farm you will be greeted by a member of the open farm team who will lead you to our designated school room \u2013 which will be the base for your visit. You are welcome to create your own class itinerary for your visit, or use one put together by our team.   1. All school visits must be booked in advance.<\/li>
  2. We would prefer to have groups of up to a maximum of 30 children. If you have a larger cohort and it is not possible to come in more than one group over the course of a day or more, please contact us so that we can discuss possible days for your visit.<\/li>
  3. Cost per child is \u00a311.<\/li>
  4. Accompanying adults admitted free of charge up to the ratio suggested by us.<\/li>
  5. Use of our school room.<\/li>
  6. We do not provide any supervision of the children so therefore adequate adult supervision must be provided by yourselves at all times.<\/li>
  7. Teachers are welcome to come to the farm prior to their visit, free of charge, for the purpose of carrying out risk assessments. Please ring us to let us know who is coming and when.<\/li>
  8. You will need to produce your own Risk Assessment for your visit. Please contact us for a copy of the Risk Assessment for School Visits.<\/li>
  9. A deposit of \u00a3150 is payable on receipt of our confirmation of the booking and our company invoice.<\/li>
  10. This will be deducted from the final cost of the visit but would be non-refundable if the school cancels the trip within a week of the agreed date.<\/li>
  11. The balance of the invoice should be paid at least 2 working days prior to the day of the visit so that receipt of the payment may be verified.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
