In our farm shop you can find beautiful seasonal produce, conserves and confectionary either sourced locally, produced on the farm or from exceptional farmers and artisans across the UK.
Our deli boasts a huge number of cheeses from Sussex, the UK and a few select favourites from the rest of Europe. You can find everything here to create the perfect cheeseboard, from crackers to antipasti and local charcuterie.
At Christmas time, we pack even more into the Farm Shop – bringing you homemade traditional favourites from our kitchen, to more unusual finds for the perfect gift.
Our hard-won and much-valued partnerships with local growers and farmers are key to us offering the finest selection of Sussex produce available anywhere. This not only supports the growers and makers, but guarantees the freshest ingredients and reduces food miles. Better for you, better for the environment. If we cannot source from Sussex, we seek out the very best of farm and farmhouse produce from the rest of the British Isles.
We also offer a range of organic produce and alternatives for those with special dietary needs, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan. If you have any other dietary requirement that we do not currently cater for, please let us know and we will do our best to help.

Chocolate treats from Sussex, shelves that are bursting with panettones in every size and flavour, homemade cider and brandy fed Christmas puddings, cakes and mincepies, traditional stocking treats such as sugar mice and candy canes, beautiful tins of shortbread, and a huge array of Christmas jams and chutneys.
‘Chat cheese’ with our knowledgeable deli team to find the ultimate addition to that special cheeseboard; perhaps you’d like to try High Weald Dairy’s Sussex Marble, Brighton Blue or St. Giles. Or Traditional Cheese Dairy’s Scrumpy Sussex, Lord of the Hundreds, Olde Sussex or Burwash Rose. Or how about Nut Knowle Farm’s Sussex Yeoman, Wealdway or Gun Hill Smoked. We certainly have a lot of Sussex cheese choices available.
We also have great cheeses from the rest of the British Isles and further afield. And great cheese deserves to be paired with a great biscuit, cracker, wafer, or oatcake, and we have a huge range. Why not try our own Middle Farm chutney as a tasty accompaniment, and if you need something a little special to finish it all off beautifully, by way of port or sherry, we can help with that too.

With daily fresh fruit and vegetable deliveries from knowledgeable, local growers who are passionate about their produce.
We ensure that our fruit and vegetables are in season and grown in the UK.
With apples from Ringden Farm in Sussex and Pippins Farm Orchard in Kent. Herbs and chilies grown at Middle Farm, and Cruciferous such as kale, cauliflower, broccoli and cabbages from Chiddingfold.

If you’re a cider lover, a visit to our cider barn is a must! Here you’ll find a cider-drinker’s heaven, with the option to taste, compare and buy from our range of over 100 draught ciders and perries with a further 200 in bottle.

For over 60 years our farm kitchen has produced homemade food for sale in the farm shop.
Everyone loves a home-made cake and here at Middle Farm our lovely kitchen team bake them every day, together with the lightest of scones, the tastiest of tray bakes, the most succulent of pasties and sausage rolls (hot or frozen and made by one of our ex butchers), and satisfying homemade meals ready to cook at home. Not forgetting our popular homemade pies that are available in a range of different flavours and ready for you to cook at home.
There is freshly baked bread delivered daily by Sussex bakeries, Flint Owl and Coburn and Baker. We also stock a range of gluten-free Sussex-made cakes and biscuits, and honey from four local suppliers (some of it from hives on Middle Farm), as well as our own homemade range of jams and a selection of other preserves from Sussex and beyond.
