Unfortunately you cannot reserve a table in our tearoom.

We have plenty of tables inside and outside.

If you are quite a large party and are planning on coming for lunch, we recommend coming along early (around midday) to avoid any disappointment.

Entry to the open farm is through the gift shop. Here you can buy your tickets or you can pre-book online.

Customers are welcome to come to Middle Farm to enjoy our tearoom and retail areas without paying any entry fee.

We love dogs here at Middle Farm however there are areas on the farm where we cannot allow dogs.

Dogs are not allowed on our open farm or in our shops.

You are welcome to bring your dog with you to enjoy lunch when sitting in the courtyard only. (Unfortunately dogs are not allowed inside the tearoom)

Assistance dogs are welcome.

Please do not leave your dog in your car.

As per our terms and conditions, all tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Tickets are only valid on the date booked and provided on your email confirmation.  We will be unable to amend your booking for another date or time.

During the wet weather, we recommend our customers bring their wellies and raincoats and enjoy splashing in the puddles!

We do have undercover areas around the farm where you can enjoy your picnic lunch or you can enjoy lunch in our tearoom.

Yes we have a disabled parking area which is found in the cluster of main buildings. Drive up the carpark and follow the signs around.

The disabled parking bays can be found by the duck pond.

All of our retail areas and tearoom are both wheelchair and pram friendly.

Most of the farm is flat or gravel. It can be bumpy and muddy in places.

Unfortunately, our farm trail is not accessible due to very uneven ground.

We are open seven days a week including bank holidays.

We are closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

Our open farm closes at 4pm.

The last ticket entry is at 3pm.

Yes we do have changing facilities available. There is a large disabled toilet cubicle which also has a special shelf for baby changing. These are found in the toilet block opposite the duck pond.

Yes, we have our tearoom which is open from 9:30am until 4:30pm.

Serving a small breakfast menu, light lunches and cream teas. Hot pasties and sausage rolls, cakes and scones are available all day.

You are also welcome to enjoy your own picnic on the open farm or on one of our picnic benches outside the gift shop or farm shop.

Tickets to our open farm are available to buy on the day in our gift shop.

We do advise pre-booking your ticket using our website during busy periods, such as the school holidays.

Under 3s go free onto the open farm.

We have timed events on the open farm where you will have the opportunity to feed and pet some of our animals.

Please see the daily timetable for events that day.

Small children can join in with all events.

We have a dedicated play zone under cover in the hay barn for those aged 5 and under.

Out in the paddocks you will also find musical play equipment and small ride-on vehicles.

Yes, our car park is free to use.
